What are the benefits of modern jive?

When dancing you get a good aerobic work-out which will improve your fitness, help burn off some calories, generally tone your whole body and make you feel better about yourself. Dance can help with depression and confidence building. (If you don't believe me come and try it. You will be amazed at how much better you will feel!)

Make new friends. Most dancers are friendly and quick to laugh and smile; everybody is there to have a good time, learn some new dance moves and dance to great music.
